Good communication before stay to be prepared upon arrival. However, some of the info was inaccurate. I was arriving about 4 on Sunday and mentioned finding place to eat after checkin. I was told by whoever was texting me (from the management company) that on site was a cafe that would be open. Well, it was not open yet for the season. The condo was nice, inside clean and minimal needs met. It is a trek to get to the condo down a few flights of stairs, but that was for the luxury to have a lake facing condo. I was a little discourage that the patio area had no attempt to clean it up, and it is the first thing when you arrive. weeds growing up all around it, the patio itself was dirty, old leaves stuck to rugs, etc. The couch cushions had bird droppings on them, and even the front doormat had pieces of broken plastic from something. The first impression wasn't fantastic, but the inside was nice, comfortable, and clean.
