We are happy to remain pet-friendly, but strict rules must be followed:

• One dog only – maximum 35 lbs
• Pet fee required
• Pets must be pre-approved before arrival

Rules during your stay:

• Pets NOT allowed on furniture, beds, or in the loft area
• Pets must be crated when left alone
• Pets must be leashed outside at all times
• All pet waste must be picked up (failure to do so results in a $75 fee)
• Pets must be on flea and tick prevention

If an unapproved pet is brought to the condo, the reservation may be terminated without refund.

We enjoyed a wonderful family get-away at this condo! The photos were accurate and the condo was beautiful. The spaciousness of the home exceeded our expectations. Sometimes the hosts can take the photos in a way that makes the rooms look bigger than they are, but this condo was a perfect family get-away with plenty of actual room in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Everything was clean and well-kept. And, the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom was everything my daughter dreamed it would be!

Our family of eight and one grand baby had a wonderful time at the condo. It was spacey, clean and well stocked. The amenities on the grounds were really helpful with the temps being in the 90’s. We enjoyed not having to go anywhere to have fun. We spent a lot of time at the pool, pickle ball court and the play ground.Would highly recommend this gated community.

Great place, great location

Great place and the location was perfect if you were looking to get off the beaten path. Minutes from everything with a great view and a great hiking trail down by the water. The condo itself was very nice but not enough lighting and the inside needs to be painted badly. Kitchen is set up for all your needs.

Christmas vacation

We stayed for the week of Christmas, we had 7 people and a dog, and there was more than enough space for everyone. We cooked christmas dinner, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo was decorated beautifully, we used the indoor pool for the kids, and walked the dog down to the dog park/playground l, which had a beautiful river in the background.

Fantastic space!

This was perfect for my Dad, and sister’s family, and our family for our Branson getaway! Everyone had their own bed to sleep in. We even utilized the sleeper sofa for two of our kids. It was easy to get to the the main strip and Silver Dollar City from his location. Our son enjoyed the indoor pool one evening. Comfortable beds, clean, Great VRBO rental!

The place was great!!! Clean, comfortable, plenty of space, and location made us feel safe. It had everything we needed to make our weekend trip to Branson a breeze. The only thing I thought was unnecessary was all the “rules/to do’s” before leaving the house. Paying $130+ for a cleaning fee, but doing most of the cleaning before check out was a little annoying. Taking all trash out to dumpster, starting laundry, starting dishwasher, even making sure the thermostat was set correctly, etc.. As someone who travels often, I respect others property, most of these things would’ve be done anyways, but still crazy with how high the cleaning fee is with lots to do before leaving property. Anyways, great stay otherwise!!

Nice and quiet area, right on the river bank. Great location. It was the 4th of July weekend, so the pool was overcrowded. The unit can have some updates and brighter lighting.
