Surrounded by nature with access to resort amenities and just a short drive to Downtown’s entertainment district, Memories of Avondale combines all the best of a Branson getaway.



The Space:

This unit is a standout as the homey interior opens right onto a gorgeous back patio with one of the resort’s 3 pools just beyond. Access to a swim or a lounge by the pool couldn’t be easier, with the shade of your patio steps away.



Inside the recently updated home, cozy furnishings and thoughtfully designed living spaces create an atmosphere of relaxation and gathering. Come and experience an amazing massage chair after a game of golf, or just because. In between Branson excursions and enjoying all the resort offerings, spend leisure time around the electric fireplace and large screen smart tv. Meals at home can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a toaster, coffee machine, and blender for your convenience. The dining table seats 4 + (2 at the bar) and is perfect for shared meals, visiting over drinks, or a night in playing cards or games. The back patio has additional seating for when you want to take meals and socializing outdoors.



This home sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and double vanity. The bedroom also has direct access outside to the back patio.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed smart tv.

This ideal location puts you within 8 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. Place was exactly as listed, area was quiet. Mattress in master bedroom was perfect. Really enjoyed having the pool, but water could have been a little cleaner. It was nice to be able to swim when it was chilly outside.

Perfect for our family.

This was a great place for our family. Plenty of room. There’s a small pool right outside the back patio, which was really convenient. We also spent a lot of time at the Clubhouse pool (1 mile away) swimming and playing pickle ball. Checking in was a little hectic, but the owner was very responsive and even let us check in 30 minutes early. Keep in mind you have to go down a flight of stairs to access the unit. We would love to stay again.

We had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Took advantage of the playground, which was right out our back door, and the pool.

The unit was lovely...super clean, really quiet, great furnishing. The only negative was the flight of stairs. We thought it was ground level by photos.

We liked the area and the condo served its purpose. It was indeed on the first floor but NOT ground level. Steep stairs to get down to first floor below ground level. Living room furniture desperately needs updating. But the condo served its purpose for a good price and location.

Great property, great location

We absolutely loved our stay here. The community is gated, making me feel even safer staying somewhere other than home. We had our 2 kids (9;6) with us and they loved having the playground basically in the backyard. The property itself boasted so many amenities including tennis and indoor swimming. The condo had front door parking and the warmest welcome we’ve experienced yet. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We also liked how close everything was—all the attractions including Silver Dollar City and the Branson Strip, were just a short drive. The host was very quick to respond to our requests and provided many recommendations for food and entertainment. We enjoyed this quick getaway very much and will absolutely be looking into staying at this property upon our next visit to Branson.

Not as expected

The listing said non-smoking, however it clearly smells of stale smoke, which sent us home with everything smelling like that. It was slightly better after we got in and got fans going and the AC turned down, so it wasn't so stuffy, but very noticeable when you return in the door each time.

Not what we expected!

Property and location was the best part. The VRBO rental was not up to cleanliness that we expected and several maintenance issues. We were there 6 nights. We were given 1 kitchen towel and 1 dish rag. The spare bedroom sheets had hair like they hadn't been changed from previous renters. The main bedroom bed cover underneath also hair. Sorry, we can't give this rental a 5 star, because the location is a 5 star, but rental 3 at best. Patio had bird poop that we swept off and wiped down chairs.

Our stove wasn’t working properly, but the host did what they could while we were out for the day. Common items were available to help make the most of our stay (detergent, kitchen items, toiletries). The property was clean and spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and we would stay there again!
