Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #2 features an oversized private deck with stairs leading to a backyard area, plus stunning ridgeline views and seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo and the dam — an ideal setup for outdoor relaxing and group gatherings.

Recently remodeled, the condo is exceptionally clean and spacious with separate living and dining areas, along with a well-stocked kitchen featuring new appliances and quality cooking utensils.

Sleeping is comfortable for couples and families, with KING beds in both bedrooms, a walk-in shower in the master, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room and a trundle bed in the second bedroom.

We go above and beyond for families with kids, providing toys, games, books, and kid-friendly kitchen items you won’t find in most condos.

The condo is an easy walk to Pointe Royale’s indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and bar & grill.

Guests enjoy full access to Pointe Royale amenities including golf (ask about reduced “Stay & Play” golf rates), pools, hot tub, bar & grill, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, basketball, scenic sidewalks, hiking trails, and trout fishing on Lake Taneycomo.

We also own Unit #1 directly next door, also recently remodeled — perfect if you need two side-by-side condos for a larger group.

This is a lovely condo and exactly as it was described. It is perfectly located within the Point Royale Resort. It is only a short walk to the golf course, swimming pool etc. The stairs down to the condo are wide and easily navigated. The kitchen is nicely decorated and has new appliances. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are comfy. The back deck is lovely with spectacular views of the bluff and gorgeous sunsets. It had everything we needed and more to enjoy our mini-vacation.

Nice place to stay. Easy access to all Branson has to offer. Had great views of the dam and White River. We had Walmart delivered right to our doorstep multiple times. Kids loved the community pools. Next Branson trip we will check for the availability of this property first.

Perfect for a large family

Beautiful view and amazing accommodations

The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was amazing to sit out on the back porch in the morning drinking coffee and relaxing. We did not walk to the pool area, but definitely close enough if you wanted to. The condo had everything we needed for a successful stay. If we come back to Branson, we will definitely look at staying here again!

Cozy Branson Getaway!

Steve's communication, from booking to check-out, was fantastic! His directions on how to access the property, as well as the steps needed for check-out, were clear and easy to understand. The condo itself is located outside of Branson proper, which contributed to its quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the property is a pretty short drive away from downtown Branson and other nearby attractions. The property was clean, very private, and had everything we needed! We'll stay here again next time we visit Branson!

A quiet retreat in Branson!

We had a wonderful experience here! Excellent location just a couple miles from Branson, yet close enough to be at most places within minutes. Gated community offers peace, quiet, and safety. Check-in was easy, our stay was great, and everything was sparkling clean and ready for us. We appreciated the uplifting messages throughout the house- it's evident that Steve and Sue have put a lot of time and work into making this property an inviting and comfortable one for their guests.

Great weekend get away!

This location was beautiful! It is on a golf course that was decorated beautifully, the entertainment gate attendants we so nice and the condo itself was so comfy! It had everything we needed for “meals at home” and was so close to the pool, stream and playground!

We were happy with our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with our family. The intentional baby & toddler items were the selling point when we booked and it did not disappoint. The owner was quick to respond to us when needed. Place is about a 10ish minute drive the attractions in Branson. Nice area.

Perfect Place for Our Family

What a great condo for our first visit to Branson! The location was beautiful and the area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the views off the back deck. Our 4 year old loved the little Minnie table she found in a closet and all the children's cutlery. Such a perfect set up for our family of 5. The owners were so kind and we appreciated their helpful binder of information. The location can't be beat--about ten minutes from some of the main attractions.
