We have stayed at this property in the past, first time with the new management company. Check in was fine. They do not give you the code to get in until exactly at 4. The chain lock on the front door was broken and the toilet paper is really really bad. Missed the mat in the master shower as the tub tilts a little and gets really slick. Took a day to figure out the TV but would stay again. Great location and a nice place. (It forced me to rate the pool which I have never seen or used so I can't speak to that).
