"One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Staff was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Heating worked well, and despite being close to the highway, I didn't hear a thing. Definitely would stay again if I am very down that way. "

"This is an older structure, but the rooms were fairly updated with good carpet and fabric textured wall paper, comfortable bed, reasonably new bathroom fixtures. The HVAC unit was quite old on the surface, but it functioned very well. I liked having a baseboard heater in the bathroom! The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very convenient to have the Symposium cafe/restaurant at the front in the same building with direct access to the hotel. I had a lot of luggage, so I got a ground floor room which was extremely convenient in that I could walk out the sliding glass "back" door where my car was parked about 8 feet away. Great for loading and unloading! The room I was in had a very cozy ambience! Thank you, Comfort Inn!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it for its cleanliness, hospitality, and value."
