  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country paradise!
    Enjoy all the seasons here with the main snowmobile/ATV trail right at the end of the driveway. Go for a hike, or horseback ride through the Brasher State Forest trails.
    Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!)
    A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

    Jump in the luxury hot tub after a relaxing day trail riding or fishing the deer river!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE WOODSTOVE TO BE USED. Please have the bin at the very end of the driveway, next to the mail box on Thursday Morning.
Please return the kayaks to the rack, and the boat against the tree (tipped upside down) after using.
NO PARKING PERMITTED IN THE YARD. Park only in the driveway.
