It gets VERY busy on the weekends with locals visiting and using the kids club, pool and facilities. There were hundreds of people using the swimming pool. It was a bit chaotic and not very relaxing. By the Monday the atmosphere had completely changed and it was much quieter and much more pleasant.

I have had food delivered to the hotel. Like Dash, actually a brazilian app called iFood. They are a 5-star hotel, THAT DIDN’T deliver the food to your room. They do not have message boys. Bell boys. It is an absurd, meanwhile the Minister of Economy having breakfast in the same hotel. Outrageous. How dare can’t they deliver to our door

Atendimento muito ruim, considerando q estávamos em 3 aptos (1 de luxo e 2 superiores) para comemorar meu aniversário, recebemos um quarto com muita sujeira na varanda e com a cortesia (frutas e doces) estragados e mofados. Apesar do pré check in, o hotel nos destinou um quarto que há muito não era habitado, estava extremante quente, a propósito. Na 5ª e 6ª feira as toalhas da piscina estavam sujas e manchadas, só melhorou no sábado, quando trocaram pelas toalhas brancas. Equipe fria e descortês, apenas as camareiras Maria e Rozilda foram gentis. O quarto onde havia mofo foi o 4022, as camareiras mencionadas nos atenderam no quarto 4070.
