❌ Receiving visitors is prohibited, subject to a condominium fine, which will be passed on to the guest if it occurs.

🐶 I charge an extra fee for pets, so if you bring one to the accommodation, you must indicate the number of pets in the reservation and inform me via chat which pet you will be bringing. Bring.

🧺 I provide bed linen, towel, sheet and thin blanket, as well as soap and toilet paper. However, I do not change bed linen and towels; if you want this, please enquire about prices.

🧹🪣After check-in, cleaning is your responsibility. If you wish to hire additional cleaning services during your stay, please enquire about prices. ⚠️ Smoking is strictly prohibited; if it occurs, a fee of R$ 300 will be charged for cleaning the area. ❌ Modifications to reduce the reservation period will not be accepted afterwards, nor will refunds be given for additional days. 🔌 Always turn off the air conditioning, lights, and television when leaving the apartment. 🪪 After reservation confirmation, I need an official photo ID for all guests who will be accessing the accommodation so that I can authorise their entry at the condominium's gate.
