"I had a great time. The staff is amazing they are really nice and helpful. They are always around asking you if you want drinks or any help. They have good restaurants and entertainment everyday. The view is amazing, the beach is really nice the water is warm and they have staff bringing you refreshments to the beach. When you walk from the hotel to the beach you will see vendors, at the beginning I thought they were from the hotel, but they are not. The only thing I didn’t like was that my room had a smell, but I noticed it in some parts of the hotel. So next time I’ll bring my humidifier or a scent candle. Also bring your mosquito repellent. "

"We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit."

"Loved the Vibe!! Room was great and the Beach was amazing! Literally walk across the street to many restaurants and shops and the Marina. The food was also quite good and the drinks were excellent!! I really enjoyed the bartenders and the manager was great. We would definitely go back!"
