When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. They then refused to refund my reservation, and Orbitz likewise refused to refund my reservation. So everyone should know that if the hotel doesn't deliver what it promised,...
