Location is very good, motel maintenance was very good. Mahesh at the front desk, he is very friendly and informative. This place is very convenient for seeing Fall Colors on both Vermont and New Hampshire side.

Thia is a nice place to stop for the night. The manager/owner ia ao very nice and helpful. The location is great and it was pretty quiet. I think the price was fair and rhe accommodations werw just fine. It's nice that they allow dogs as well.

Good for a one-night stay. The room was comfortable enough for a quick stop while traveling. A big bonus is that they are very dog friendly, which made things much easier since we were traveling with our dogs. I would stay again if I needed a convenient place for the night.

As a single tired woman traveling, I was a little leery of Brattleboro, the gent who checked me in was very pleasant, the room was fine for a one nighter! My only “bummer” was that the coffee wasn’t working. But there was enough food all around the area to accommodate that !

The room was clean, and that’s the most important thing. The staff was friendly in moving me to a new room where the air conditioning was reliable (as it hadn’t been in the first room). I was in standing water by the end of my shower, although the tub did eventually drain. After a flush the toilet ran for a few seconds periodically after a flush.

The overall stay wasn’t bad, the bed was amazing and the sink counter was very spacious. We didn’t need a lot since it was just two of us for the one night. Except the walls were stained and dirty, the doors had scuffs and what looked like a drink or something had splashed the bathroom door and they just didn’t clean it(I wiped some of it off so I know it could be cleaned). The check in was tedious and took longer than it should’ve. I’m not quite sure why I need to pay a 250$ security deposit/cleaning fee if the room was 60$ and definitely wasn’t cleaned well before we even got there.

First, the images of the site on the website are a bit deceptive. The property is run down and needs a lot of TLC. The office is messy and the check-in clerk was efficient, not necessarily personable, and was on his cell phone while checking me in. The room was fair. It had updated beds, mirror, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and TV. Definitely not cozy; rather very drab. Only 1 live TV channel and the volume didn't work on the smart TV. The AC didn't work and the window and sill that was right above the bed was pretty dirty. We checked for bed bugs and were relieved that the beds were clean and very comfortable. If you want a comparatively inexpensive place to lay your head and take a shower, this will do.

Staff was amazing and helpful. However, rooms were in pretty bad shape with dirty and stinky towels, missing trash bin, very loud heater. Overall, it was a poor experience but can be improved.

Loud window ac. Bright outdoir lights keep the room semi lit all night as pull down blinds did not fully cover the windows. Nice and friendly staff. Several parking spots had portable storage containers. Slight mold in shower and dirty bathroom flooring.
