"Check in was simple. Smells like mothballs, but that means clean lol. CR is small and the toilet doesn’t get enough water pressure to fill it so have to manually fill to flush. Lack of linen for beds. Only 2 sheets. A/c’s work good, however one drips on the balcony floor and makes it a slipping hazard when you walk in with wet feet. Price is high for what it is, unless you’re looking for close proximity to the airport. Very secure location. Security is everywhere and very vigilant. Would stay there again if I was flying out in the morning, but for anything other than that, there are plenty of others close to SM for the same price point that are a lot better. 4/5 for location. Disregard location and score 3/5. "

"I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions."

"Yes. The spa is relaxing, but only a little bright. Also, i do want to point out, hopefully next time their sikwati is a complimentary, its not that we cannot afford but it will be their "jewel" since youre in Malagos. This should be some sort of a reward or highlight. But everything else is perf! "
