Haus riecht nach Rauch

Das Haus ist groß, sauber, und die Wäsche ist auf Hotelniveau. Leider riecht es im Untergeschoss stark nach Zigarettenrauch (vor allem im Badezimmer), dadurch war der Aufenthalt in dem Haus nicht so schön. Daran sollte unbedingt was getan werden...

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über 3 SZ eine Küche und ein großes WZ mit Essgelegenheit. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Schöner Aufenthalt für Leute die sich nicht zu 100% selbst versorgen wollen.

Das Haus hat uns an sich sehr gut gefallen. Es ist groß, hell, sauber, alles da was man braucht, wenn man sich nur zwischendurch selbst versorgen will. Es gab frische Handtücher, saubere Bettwäsche und beinahe ausreichend Geschirr. Wenn man sich allerdings selbst versorgen will, reicht es eben doch nicht ganz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Dann muss man etwas improvisieren, was ok war, wir aber von anderen Wohnungen anders kannten. Etwas gestört hat uns, das unter uns noch jemand wohnte. Das wussten wir vorher nicht und waren sehr erschrocken, als abends Geräusche zu hören waren. Auch der Geruch von Essen und Zigarettenrauch drang von unten in die Wohnung. Es wäre schöner gewesen das vorher zu wissen, damit man nicht an Einbrecher denkt. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn die Terrasse eine funktionierende Sonnenmarkise, einen etwas größeren Gartentisch und Auflagen für die Stühle gehabt hätte, so daß man mit 5 Personen hätte draußen die schönen wirklich ruhigen Sommerabende genießen können. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung gut gefallen.

Super Wochenende

Auch in diesem Jahr war es ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende mit der Familie in einem tollen Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Natur direkt vor der Haustür. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem,was man braucht ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie. Und sollte doch einmal etwas fehlen, kann man sich jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden. Die Terrasse läd zudem zu einem gemütlichen Grillabend ein. Also ein tolles Harzerlebnis.

Viel Platz und Ruhe in Ortskernnähe

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen schön viel Platz in dem Haus. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Betten sind bequem. Außerdem haben wir es genossen, das Auto gar nicht bewegen zu müssen. Ortskern und Wanderwege sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Checkin und Checkout liefen problemlos beim sehr netten Personal.

schöner Wanderurlaub mit Hunden

Wir waren mit 6 Personen und 4 Hunden zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Superschön ist die große, rundum eingezäunte Terasse. Die Schlafräume in der ersten Etage sind auch für 6 Erwachsene ausreichend groß. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl es mitten in einer Siedlung steht. Der Ortskern ist innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Hunde sind wirklich sehr willkommen, nicht nur im Ferienhaus sondern auch im Hotelrestaurant. Wir kommen in jedem Falle im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Gepflegtes großes Haus.

Wir waren fast 2 Wochen dort. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Es liegt schön ruhig und doch zentral, man war in 5 Minuten im Ort. Mit dem Hund war man auch in 5 Minuten im Wald. Im Haus liegen einige Wanderkarten oder stehen auch im Netz, waren gute Touren dabei. Bei Problemen(verstopfter Abfluss) hat der Vermieter sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das einzige was uns ein wenig gestört hat, waren die etwas zu harten Matratzen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.

schöner Mehrgenerationenurlaub in geräumigem Haus

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit genug Platz für sechs Personen. Das Haus ist schon älter, aber gut renoviert und gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, alles super sauber. Durch die Türen und den Holzfußboden teilweise etwas hellhörig. Schöne Terasse, zwar zur einen Seite mit Blick auf das Nachbarhaus, aber man fühlt sich nicht beobachtet. Das Haus liegt zentral aber doch erstaunlich ruhig.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Schöner Urlaub mit unseren beiden Hunden.

Das Haus war sauber und schön vorgeheizt. Leider ist das Grundstück zur Zeit nicht geschlossen umzäunt. Wegen Neugestalltung des Grundstückes war es an zwei Ecken offen. Seitlich am Haus ist eine Ferienwohnung angeschlossen, ganz alleine ist man also nicht! Die möbelierung ist zwar nicht komplett top aktuell/modern, aber voll in Ordnung. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Ps.: Hundebesitzer die ein geschlossenes Grundstück haben wollen, sollten vorher nachfragen ob es wieder geschlossen ist.

Viel Platz für 6 Personen

Haus mit einer schön großen Terrasse, in ruhiger Lage, gut ausgestatteter Küche großer Kühlschrank auch die anderen Elektrogeräte sind top (alles Miele Geräte). Das Haus bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen. Das Etagenbett ist etwas hart für ein Erwachsenen , da kein Lattenrost unter der Matratze ist. Sauberkeit ist okay, die Decken im Badezimmer könnten eine Reinigung vertragen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind außreichend da. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen im März 2 Tage da, es hat uns gut gefallen. Check in und Check out war super, freundliches Personal im Hotel lief schnell und reibungslos.
