The apartment was extensively renovated in 2023 with great attention to detail.
Centrally located on Robert-Roloff-Straße, the town centre of Braunlage is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The Wurmberg cable car, restaurants, bars, a bakery, and shops are all within a few minutes’ walk (5–10 minutes)

The Braunlage Tanner Straße bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the Kobel 25 holiday rental, while the Hasselkopflift cable car is less than a 10-minute walk away.
The one-bedroom apartment is located 600 metres from the Eichhörnchenbrunnen. 🚨Important Information🚨

The city of Braunlage charges a visitor’s tax of €3.05 per adult and €1.70 per child.
(Children under 6 are exempt)
This must be paid on-site or can be transferred in advance.
In exchange, you’ll receive a guest card that offers several discounts and allows you to use public transport throughout the Harz region (HATIX) for free.

Final cleaning is included in the price at a cost of 50€.

The Harz National Park is approximately 4 kilometres from the 30 m² Kobel 25 holiday apartment, while the Braunlage ski slope is nearby. The apartment offers parking for guests arriving by car.
Featuring a balcony, the accommodation also includes a sleeper sofa and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Safety features in the room include smoke detectors. The apartment features a living and sleeping area.
