"We arrived late as we had a bad experience at another hotel. We wete greeted with a warm smile and friendly service from the receptionist. The bar staff were so lovely and even though we were just after yhe closing hour they made sure we were fed after our exhausting trip. Accommodation was amazing ample space and facilities, highly recommend and brilliant value for money"

"Amazing stay, regular visited to Woolacombe in the summers months at the caravan parks. Found this Gem and will be using them again! Perfect location. 10 minutes from Barnstaple and 10 from Woolacombe! The town it’s situated in is also great! The Room was stunning and the hosts were great too.. No iron in the room so I messaged the host and when I got back to my room from a trip into town, there was an iron and an ironing board their waiting for me! Thank you!"

"Lovely inn very near the water’s edge. The West Lyn and East Lyn rivers join together just outside the front door and both spill into the Atlantic less than a five-minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a wonderful shower tub combo with a fun n spacious design. Water pressure throughout was perfect as was the water temp. "Poyers Farmhouse is a perfect cottage for 2 families and 2 dogs. The rooms are all spacious and quirky and work really well for 2 families. We found everything we needed and the hot tub and garden were appreciated by everyone. It is in a great location, walking distance to the Tarka Trail, Braunton and a good pub 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend."

"A fantastic last minute weekend getaway! So many activities for everyone. The grounds are stunning, the staff super friendly and the hot tup at the property was a major plus! Only criticism was the breakfast was a little chaotic (perhaps we arrived at the wrong time) but we were made to wait a while for a table and the selection of cereals / Savory / milk was very sparse ! The dinner was good, but my wife did receive marmite butter when we clearly stated she was coeliac! We will be back with...
