Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war sehr schmutzig. Einige Lampen funktionierten nicht z.B. im Wohnzimmer ging nur die Stehlampe,im Flur leuchtete auch nur eine Lampe. Der Staubsauger war übervoll und der Besen durch gebrochen .

Umgebung von Juliusruh ist sehr schön, wunderschöne abwechslungsreiche Natur, tolle Kilometer-lange Strände. Die Wohnung N6 ist in die Jahre gekommen, Kloschüssel und -bürste waren total dreckig, Teppich voller Flecken, Balkonmöbel dreckig, Behälter vom Staubsauger wurde wahrscheinlich seit Jahren nicht geleert, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Am zweiten Aufenthaltstag hängte neue Klobürste an der Wohnungstür, das war eine nette Geste. Im Wohnzimmer und auf dem Balkon hat man tagsüber ordentlich Lerm von Autos, da Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis leider sehr schlecht. Die Besitzer sollten selber paar Tage da verbringen, dann wird sich hoffentlich etwas ändern. Ähnliche Bewertung gab es schon in 2023. Seit dem hat sich anscheinend nichts geändert...

Schöne Unterkunft

Eine perfekt eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, ausreichend für 4 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Alles sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Die Matratzen vom Doppelbett müßten mal getauscht werden sie sind dünn und durchgelegen. Ein paar Tassen und Gläser mehr wäre auch gut.

Kurze Auszeit

Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach traumhaft schön. Lediglich das Geschirr in der Küche ist etwas wenig und teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das mindert überhaupt nicht die super positive Bewertung dieses Objektes wir würden sofort wieder buchen ❤️

Verdunklung

Wir wären sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung. Eine Verbesserung würde ich gerne vorschlagen. Im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett unbedingt abdunkelnde Vorhänge anbringen. Es ist durch die Lampen gegenüber die ganze Nacht taghell drin. Schwierig zu schlafen. Die Betten sind gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe dem endlosen Strand. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ausstattung ist i.O.jedoch fehlte mir der Fön. Der Abfluss der Dusche roch sehr unangenehm.

Juliusruh

Wir waren in diesem Jahr zum 2. Mal in diesem Haus. Es war eine schöne Wohnung. Leider hatte ich vom 1. Mal vergessen, dass es auf dem Balkon sehr laut ist. Wir konnten ihn am Tag und auch zum Abend kaum benutzen. Viele Autos und auch LKWs waren unterwegs. Im Bad klemmte die Tür, man konnte sie weder richtig öffnen noch schließen. (Es soll aber bekannt sein). Die Dusche war ok. Hier fehlte eine Ablage für Duschzeug usw. Man musste sich immer bücken, hatte aber auch keinen Haltegriff.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen auf Rügen verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war ok. Leider liegt sie direkt an der Hauptstraße Rügens. Das war für uns so nicht ersichtlich. Das war sehr schade.

Wohnung Nr. 6

Eine sehr schöne und großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Gut gepflegt mit schönem, großem Balkon. Freundlicher Kontakt zu Verwaltung und Service. Leider kann das Schlafzimmer nicht abgedunkelt werden, da die Fenster weder mit einem lichtdichten Vorhang, einem Rollo noch einem Rolladen ausgestattet sind. Da wir somit täglich vom Sonnenaufgang geweckt wurden, kommt ein „Gut“ als Bewertung leider ebensowenig in Betracht wie eine Empfehlung.

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung, groß genug für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Unsere Jungs waren vor allem von der Holzeisenbahn begeistert. Auf den Balkon dürfen kletterfreudige Kleinkinder nicht allein, da das Geländer zu niedrig ist. Juliusruh ist ein schöner ruhiger kleiner Ort.
