This spacious holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of Villa Daheim, an apartment building on Bäderstraße in Juliusruh, just about 100 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.

The apartment, decorated in a nautical style, sleeps up to 4 people, with accommodation including a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The cosy living area of the approximately 60 m² holiday apartment, which features an adjoining balcony, includes not only the sleeper sofa but also 2 armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The separate kitchen is equipped with a large dining area and a kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and refrigerator. The bright, naturally lit bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and a bathtub with a shower.
A parking space for the apartment is located right next to the building. There is also a covered bike storage area on the property.

Information regarding construction work on “Villa Daheim” and roadwork.
Construction on the balconies is scheduled to begin on Monday, 18.05.2026,. The balconies will be unavailable for use. The work is expected to continue until October 2026. As part of the town renewal project, road construction is taking place, which will result in detours and road closures. If the car park at the building is unavailable due to the work, a parking space is available approximately 400 m away at the town limits heading towards Altenkirchen.
Work Hours: Contractors are expected to be on site on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
