"It's a basic hotel with limited amenities, no fridge in the room. Breakfast was limited but OK. Reception staff, especially Erja were very helpful. The restaurant Riccardo attached to the hotel has very good pizzas and generally good food, even though waiting staff seemed to be fed up most of the time. Since we were here mainly to experience the outdoor scenery the hotel did it's job. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom."

"We liked this hotel very much! Location by the lake helped of course! Room was spotless, as was the spa area. Good choice of food for breakfast. Evening meal was okay although somewhat pricey."

"We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!"
