Der Insektenschutz an einem Fensterflügel in jedem Zimmer war eine sehr erfreuliche Annehmlichkeit, die Verdunklungsmöglichkeit hatten wir bereits den aussagekräftigen Fotos des Inserats entnommen, für manche war's wichtig.
