Welcome to "L'Albatros" cottage.



Located in Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, this accommodation invites you to relax and unwind just 400 meters from the beach, perfect for families or groups of friends.



This fully renovated and equipped 50 m² cottage accommodates up to 5 guests. It is on the ground floor of a villa with 3 units, faces south, and offers a private entrance, an inner courtyard ideal for young children, and a parking space.



Inside, you'll find a living area with a lounge featuring a flat-screen TV and a dining space, all open to a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).



The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a single bunk bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and washing machine; the toilet is separate.



Enjoy a fully private, enclosed outdoor space facing south, perfect for sun all day. At your disposal: table and parasol, garden furniture, sun lounger, and plancha.
