"The communication from Expedia was terrible. We received no check-in instructions and an incomplete address. When we arrived at the property street, we spent approximately an hour trying to locate the property. The property owner did not pick up our calls. When we finally found the property, the owner claimed that they had no record of our booking, despite us having paid in full just a few weeks before. The room that we eventually stayed in was being used by another guest. We contacted Expedia...

"Comme le dit très bien l’hôte dans le descriptif de son annonce, il ne s’agit pas d’un lieu cossu, mais plutôt une maison rurale spacieuse et simple. Loin du faste des grands hôtels, on y vit un tout autre type d’experience dans la simplicité et l’humain. L’hôte est arrangeant, très sympathique et serviable.Nous sommes très satisfaites de nos vacances."

"Hortensia "The room is really beautiful, just as the pictures are shown. Convenient location to visit Strasbourg, Colmar, the nearby towns and even the Black Forest. The only pity is that the room is right next to the road which can be noisy at times. And if you’re visiting in the winter, it can be a bit chilly. But overall a very pleasant stay.""
