Lovely little hotel fairly close to the main town market with easy links. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Didn’t have breakfast but the reception has tea and coffee, cold drinks and snacks for an extra charge.

Very accommodating and pleasant staff. Rooms on the top floor were very warm, but we were able to change to a room on a lower floor. The breakfast served was excellent, especially the pastries.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and the area seemed safe. Great location to see a show at the Seebühne. Overall a nice experience. No air conditioning so the room was very hot even with the window open. It’s a bit far out on downtown Bremen, but the street tram is easy to use.

A great place for my work related trip. Rooms are clean, and cleaned every day. Staff is very helpful, especially if you give them some time to get ready. Breakfast is a good selection of warm food and amazing pastry. There is a lot of parking space near by, but it can be tight if you come late.

Elevator wasn’t working and had to lug all our luggage to the top floor…Not so convenient with kids. Staff were friendly enough to offer free drinks to us which we appreciated. Parking was difficult to find. Room was small and felt very stuffy. Hit our heads on the ceiling a few times.

The room was super clean. The bedding was nice clean and crisp along with the towels!!!! Greatly appreciated the bedding being clean and fresh!! Would definitely come back!!! And didn't have to pay for parking!

We decided to pay extra to stay at an IHG hotel expecting a more comfortable experience, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry four pieces of luggage up to the third floor while also traveling with a child. The room was also uncomfortably warm, and the only solution provided was a small fan, which did very little to help. We ultimately moved to a less expensive hotel and were surprised to find it significantly more comfortable. Considering the higher price we paid and the multiple inconveniences we experienced, I believe a partial refund or reimbursement for our stay would be appropriate.
