Cozy family oasis for 4 people - Perfect for a short break - Central

  • Welcome to your cosy holiday apartment at Dionysiusstraße 81! Are you looking for a place to settle in, feel at home, and unwind?

    Then you’ve come to the right place. This lovingly furnished apartment on the 1st floor (on the left) offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway—with plenty of space for up to 4 people.

    The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and two additional rooms, each equipped with a single bed, a closet, and a small workspace. All rooms can be completely darkened—ideal for peaceful nights.

    In the cosy living area, you’ll find a TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. In addition, a washing machine and dryer (detergent not included) are available in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed linens are, of course, included.

    The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs—perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. You’re also welcome to use the shared courtyard, which features a grill area and play facilities for children.

    Check-in is contactless via a key box. You’ll receive the code after booking, well in advance of your arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM—it’s very straightforward.
