The room was small but good enough for one person traveling alone. Had a community kitchen down the hall. Only complaint is there was no hot water in the shower in the morning, had to shower cold.

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, wir würden ohne Entschädigung auf ein minderwertiger es Zimmer umgebucht, es war laut in der Nacht, es hat nach Rauch und Alkohol getrunken, das Badezimmer war kalt und der Boden mit Wasser bedeckt.

Allgemein etwas unsauber. Bei Ankunft über eine Stunde gewartet für Check in. Telefonisch schlecht erreichbar, fehlende Bürste in Toilette, im Zimmer Reste von Kondomverpackung, Heizung funktionierte nicht. Für eine Nacht für wenig Geld ok wenn man keine Ansprüche hat.

Die Zimmer waren bei weitem nicht so wie im Internet gezeigt. Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Mobiliar ( Schrank aus dem 18ten Jahrhundert ). Gott sei Dank waren wir nur eine Nacht da. Länger hätte man es nicht ausgehalten. Alles in allem: Für den Preis grottenschlecht.

Wir sind insgesamt zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles, wonach ich fragte (z.B. Haartrockner), ist mir direkt zur Verfügung gestellt worden. Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist Internetverbindung - die gab entweder sehr schwach oder überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Wenn man beim Aufenthalt im Hotel etwas beruflich machen muss bzw. Telefonieren, ist es ein Problem. Sonst danke schön! Angemessene Qualität für einen guten Preis.

La chambre payée ne correspondait pas du tout à la description. J'ai pris une chambre deluxe (avec balcon et table afin de travailler/manger): j'ai eu le choix soit au balcon dans une toute petite chambre (203), soit à une table sans balcon (201). L'accès aux chambres se fait avec un trousseau de clés: 4 clés différentes pour accéder à votre chambre, impossible de s'y retrouver. Il fait très froid dans le bâtiment et dans les chambres; la douche se fera à l'eau tiède lorsque l'on est chanceux. Il faudrait également penser à installer des lumières qui fonctionnent dans les couloirs (2e étage) et plus de lumières dans les chambres (les lumières sont présentes mais ne peuvent pas être branchées car il manque des prises).

Check in war nicht möglich. Es war kein Personal vor Ort. Man hätte sich rechtzeitig (ca. 30 min. vor der Ankunft) telefonisch ankündigen müssen. War wohl in den Reisebedingungen beschrieben. Hatte ich aber nicht gelesen, da mir so etwas vollkommen fremd ist und ich es daher nicht in Frage gestellt hatte. Einchecken ab 14:00 Uhr hieß es. 14:30 Uhr vor Ort war bereits geschlossen niemand mehr anzutreffen

Zimmer sind groß. Zimmer 107 ist so groß das man noch ein Tisch und 2 Stühle rein stellen kann. Zimmer 101 sind die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und es fehlen Nachttische. Zimmer sind alt aber sauber.

Kein Licht, kein heißes Wasser, kaputtes Bett

Es gab kein heißes Wasser. Ich habe drei Tage nicht geduscht. Das Licht im Zimmer war kaputt, auch im Flur. Abends und morgens stockdunkel. Das Bett hatte ein riesiges Loch im Lattenrost, sodass die Matratze in der Mitte tief eingesackt ist. Ich habe noch nie ein so schlimmes Hotel gesehen. Selbst 15€\Nacht wären zu viel gewesen, aber ich habe leider 80 pro Nacht bezahlt. Lasst euch nicht von den schönen Fotos täuschen, es ist wirklich eine katastrophale Absteige.

moderne Unterkunft mit guter Bus-Anbindung

Die Anreise vom Hbf mit dem Bus zu der Unterkunft war problemlos möglich, da die Bushaltestelle nur 50 m entfernt ist. Der Gastgeber hat sich kurzfristig vor der Anreise telefonisch gemeldet, so dass ein Check-In nach kurzer Wartezeit ebenfalls problemlos möglich war. Die Inneneinrichtung der Unterkunft ist top (modernisierte Küche, allerdings nicht vollausgestattet). Probleme mit dem WLAN und dem Fernseher (Fernbedienung war im Nebenzimmer) konnten noch am Anreisetag behoben werden. Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof und somit sehr ruhig, andere Gäste waren mit uns nicht dort, so dass wir ungestört waren und die Bäder/Küche nicht teilen mussten.

Gute Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber. Hafenbereiche sind in wenigen Gehminuten einfach zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und für die Schlüsselübergabe schnell vor Ort.
