This charming mother-in-low studio is peacefully situated on a grassy and forested private dead end road in a very quiet neighborhood. The yard contains beautiful fir, cedar, and pine trees, as well as a few fruit trees. It has a large deck to conveniently enjoy the beautiful view and abundant wildlife.
Despite the tranquility, this delightful home is near the top local destinations. Ideal for executives, military, employees and family of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard or Bangor, patients at Harrison Hospital, contractors, tourists, creative freelancers and vacationing couples. An easy 10 to 15 minute commute from most of these locations (15-18 to Silverdale or Bangor.) The drive is scenic, relaxing and includes waterfront views.
It has been a loving endeavor to make this little studio as cozy and home-like as possible. Curl up on the plush couch and watch your favorite cable tv shows on large, swivel mounted tv. The environment is kept perfectly comfortable with quiet and efficient heat pump or air conditioning. Feel right at home as you create your favorite culinary favorites with ease in the thoroughly equipped and efficiently organized kitchen. In the master bedroom a comfy queen bed is made up beautifully and functionally and the spacious walk-in closet is ready to store all of your belongings. A luxurious en suite bathroom features a double sink and a huge, sparkling clean tub.
Relax with your evening tea on the large deck while watching the neighborhood horses graze in their pasture, enjoying a peek-a boo of Puget Sound, or listen to the gentle chirp of the many different varieties of indigenous birds.

Things to note: Guest may access anything not locked (storage closet, water heater.) The house is an older building so it does have some creaks and other marks of character. There is another unit upstairs. You may occasionally hear the feisty neighborhood donkey. The apartment is reached by taking the 15 steps up from the gravel parking lot and walking to the front door through the covered deck.
