"The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste....

"For starters Check in was at 2pm yet owner stated his maids weren’t done and I would need to come back at 3 Although I was already in route to property and 10 minutes away . Negotiated later check out due to me being inconvenienced . When I entered the property it smelled awful and I could tell it wasn’t cleaned by maids . The listing states 2 bedroom 2 bath but only shows 1 bedroom in the pictures. When walking in the second room it was a full/queen bed and twin bed on the floor . With Cheap...

"Came to the Woodlands to visit a sick friend in the hospital there. The property manager was empathetic and responsive. Allowed us another hour to check out due to storms in the area. Manager is very good to work with. We felt good to have such a nice, comfortable place to stay during an otherwise trying time."

"I wasn’t expecting much given the price, but still managed to be disappointed. Stains on the furniture; floors were swept but still dirty enough that I left dirt footprints in the shower. Sketchy neighborhood. Ricky, spongy exterior staircase. Coffee pot didn’t work. AC unit feet from the bed sounds like a lawnmower. Best thing I can say for it is I only saw one cockroach."

"Location is great. Property and parking are secure. Restaurants and entertainment outside front door. Grocery store was close by for when we cooked and ate in. Being able to do laundry while watching tv and relaxing was a plus. This was our second time staying here and we would do it again. "Clean, modern one-bedroom apartment with large kitchen and generous bathroom with bath-tub. Extremely convenient location on Katy Hwy on west side of Houston. Garage parking with direct access into building. Very polite and helpful property manager. Walking distance to small shopping malls and food chains. Large complex with long hallways, but surprisingly quiet. Pool not open. In sum, a great value near top Memorial neighborhood!!"
