Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
All was substantially as expected. The one star was lost due to the required very expensive insurance or even more expensive deposit. We have stayed in dozens of VRBOs in hill country and never seen this requirement. We almost didnt book because of it.
