"A little gem at a very reasonable price. Large, clean, quiet and very well equipped rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Large comfortable bed with clean sheets. Great location for Brenham, Burton, Roundtop and vicinity. Simple breakfast is just toast, cereal, muffins and fruit but it’s included in the price. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. "
