"Parking was a challenge at times."

"Hotel was decent, bed was comfy but the bathroom was definitely lacking a little. Fan didn’t work, sink had cracks in it and the body wash was empty."

"We were told we did not get Breakfast unless we paid 16 dollars per person extra and when we ask for an extra towel or wash cloth we couldn't have one. We were told because we booked through a 3rd party we didn't get any extras."

"We have stayed at this hotel the last few times we have visited west Virginia we love the executive suites. In the past the service was exceptional but this time the staff seemed annoyed that they had to do there job. Was not very welcoming or friendly all of the ladies employed there were very rude. Though I love this hotel myself and my family will not be returning to this location."

"The room was dirty and the floors turned our feet black. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. Mold growing in the shower"

"Everything was fine except for the coffee, both in the room and at breakfast. Good coffee goes a long way to ensure a pleasant stay. And their coffee is barely drinkable."
