Our tastefully renovated apartment is located in a quiet and family area, while remaining 2 steps from the hyper centre of Brest. You can find a free parking space nearby and walk to the city centre, with a tram at<br><br>This apartment is spacious and bright and can be perfect for a business and/or tourist stay with free WiFi and a space dedicated to teleworking seen on the common garden of the building.<br><br>The accommodation<br>Ideal business trips or family holidays.<br>It has:<br>- A large bright living room with living room (comfortable sofa, TV, fibre internet box and TV box) open to the dining area,<br>-A fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, microwave, kitchen utensils and crockery) with high table/bar.<br>- A first bedroom with 2 single beds that can be grouped together with a double duvet available and a large dressing room overlooks the quiet and quiet street.<br>- another bedroom with 2 single beds with hanging shelf, garden view<br>- a small bedroom with 1 single bed with cupboards overlooking the garden,<br>-A bathroom includes a shower, a vanity unit, towels are provided.<br>- A separate toilet<br><br>All beds are equipped with comfortable bedding, mattress protector, sheets, duvet and pillows. Bed linen is provided (extra duvets are available).<br><br>The little extras: a washing machine, with interior drying rack and outdoor laundry line and ironing equipment, for more comfort during your stay / Bed linen and towels provided / Free Wi-Fi<br><br>Possibility to configure the sofa as a double bed with an additional charge of 10€/night + tourist tax for additional person.<br><br>Traveller access<br>The entire accommodation is accessible, as well as a bicycle room, and a garden shared with the other inhabitants of the building.<br><br>Other remarks<br>In winter, 3 heating programmes (gas boiler with connected thermostat):<br>- Eco-responsible: between 19-20°C<br>- Comfort: between 20-21°C<br>- Comfort ++: between 21-22°C<br>It is up to you to choose according to your heating needs at no extra charge. Any addition of auxiliary heaters is strictly forbidden (not suitable for the accommodation), please contact us if necessary.
