Cottage in town center, ideal for a business trip or vacation
🏠 For a business trip or vacation, this cottage combines elegance and practicality, offering well-equipped spaces where every detail is designed for your well- being. Whether you are relaxing in the living room or enjoying the tranquility of the bedroom or courtyard, you will immediately feel at home. Come discover our warm welcoming cottage, with modern comforts to have a wonderful experience.
🛋️ Ground floor:
The front door opens onto the living and dining room. The dining room and the kitchen are connected. Air conditioning is installed on the ground floor.
🛏️ Upstairs, under the eaves:
From the dining room, the staircase (without banister) takes you up to the bedroom and the office desk. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the bathroom. A fan is available upstairs.
🍹 Courtyard:
From the kitchen, you will access the courtyard through a glass door. It is sunny for part of the day (providing plenty of vitamin D!) and is not overlooked.
🚘 The cottage is on a very quiet street where you can park to unload your suitcases on the door step . Then after unloading, there are parking spaces on the adjacent street, right next to the house.
The welcome booklet will inform you of the house rules, amenities and Wi-Fi code. You will be given some good local restaurant addresses and ideas for outings.
At your convenience, i remain available via the reservation platform's messaging services or directly by phone.
1 minute walk from:
> the town center (bakeries, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurant, bars, florist, butcher and other local shops).
> superb public park for a walk along the pond, entrance place Pillon de Buhorel.
2 minutes drive from supermarket.
10 minutes drive from Verneuil-sur-Avre and its train station with a direct line to Paris.
