Located just 400 meters from the magnificent Plage des Dunes, this vacation home welcomes you in a peaceful and welcoming setting. You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay for two, with tasteful decor combining charm and modernity.
The bright and perfectly appointed interior offers comprehensive, high-quality amenities.
Outside, several spaces have been designed to allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful weather, whether for an al fresco meal, a relaxing moment in the sun, or a convivial evening.

The house comprises a bright and welcoming main room of approximately 42m², including a comfortable living area (corner sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, foosball table, Wi-Fi access), a dining area (table and chairs), and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave).
A pantry with a washing machine, dryer, and additional refrigerator. A hallway leads to a separate toilet and then the master bedroom (a double bed (140 cm), large walk-in closet, flat-screen TV) with its en-suite bathroom (sink unit, shower, and heated towel rail).
The bedroom opens onto the rear of the house.

Various amenities allow you to enjoy the outdoor spaces: a terrace, a small garden, and a relaxation area to enjoy every moment.
At the front of the house, a south-facing wooden terrace equipped with lounge furniture and a private pétanque court awaits you for convivial moments.
To the side, a second terrace with a dining area (table, benches, charcoal barbecue), a relaxation area (pallet sofa), and a bar.
At the rear of the house, a small flower garden.
Private parking is available in front of the house.
