Charming, bright, single-story detached house near the sea, on a fully enclosed plot. It comprises a living/dining room (2 sofas, 2 armchairs, table + 6 chairs, sideboard, TV), a fitted and equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
There is a bathroom (2 sinks, shower + washing machine), a separate toilet, and two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: one double bed (160 cm) + wardrobe. Bedroom 2: three single beds (90 cm), one of which is a bunk bed, + wardrobe.
Baby equipment available: high chair + baby bath.
A garage for storing bicycles.
At the rear of the house, there is an enclosed garden with a terrace and garden furniture (table, chairs, lounge set, sun loungers, parasol, and gas barbecue). Parking for one car is available on the property.
