The accommodation
The estate offers large spaces designed for comfort and conviviality. As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by a beautiful bright living room, composed of a large living room with three sofas, a table football, a connected TV with Netflix, and a dining room equipped with a large table for 12 people. The kitchen, in a separate room, is fully equipped to delight young and old (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo, etc.).

The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms: two with king size beds (160x200), three with double beds (140x190) and one with two single beds (90x190), perfect for children. Three bathrooms are available for everyone's comfort.

A separate laundry room is at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator with small freezer, a washing area with sink, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Upstairs, an open mezzanine offers a relaxation area with stocked bookcases and a chess table, ideal for reading a book or getting together.

The house is also equipped with wifi throughout the property, a billiards table, a ping-pong table, an exercise bike, a dartboard, and a bicycle garage with charging socket for electric bikes.

Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed garden of about 5000 m², perfect for games, relaxation or outdoor dining. A large terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal for convivial moments. The private swimming pool will allow you to cool off during the sunny days. The vines visible nearby remind you that you are in the heart of the cognac country. And for the amateurs, don't forget your petanque balls!
