"La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description, très bien équipée. Le store banne est très efficace pour les repas sur la terrasse. A signaler que l'escalier qui monte aux chambres est assez "raide". Nous ne sommes plus jeunes et nous avons un peu souffert de ça.Mais nous garderons un très bon souvenir et nos petits enfants ont beaucoup apprécié.Merci pour le soin que vous portez au confort de vos locataires."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Granville sehr genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Region zu erkunden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der fantastische Blick auf das Meer. Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen – einer beeindruckender als der andere. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt. Unser Gastgeber war jederzeit sehr nett, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation verlief angenehm und reibungslos. Das Haus selbst ist bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.Wer Ruhe, Meerblick und eine angenehme Unterkunft mit freundlichen Gastgebern sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"I had a warm welcome and the gentleman at reception put my medication in a fridge for me. The lift was handy with bags, the corridors were very dark with light on timers. The double room was confortable big enough as I was by myself. I would have loved a complimentary bottle of water., because I’d walked from the station."

"Appartement claire et bien situé. La nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes la rue est un peu bruyante.J'avais demandé le kit linge (30 euros en plus) mais j'ai dû chercher pour trouver les draps et serviettes de toilettes. Il n'y avait pas non plus de torchon. C'est un peu dommage car quand on facture une prestation elle se doit d'être complète."

"Wirklich ganz tolle Lage mit ausreichend Platz auch für eine fünfköpfige Familie! Liegt in einem großen Haus direkt am Meer im ersten Stock mit großer Umlauf der Terrasse, die einem zwar nicht selbst gehört, aber die man nutzen kann. Dabei ist es nur eine Treppe herunter, einmal über den Fußgängerweg und man ist am Strand. Geht im Bikini! Parkplatz direkt im angrenzenden Hof. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf das Meer mit Miesmuscheln-Zucht und Granville mit Casino, Oberstadt und Leuchtturm, dass man bei Ebbe gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Im Haus: eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und allerlei Dinge für den Strand vorhanden, Wäschespinne etc. Zwei Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, im oberen Stock, außer kleine Fernsehecke und Bad mit Dusche. Oben wie unten auch noch mal zusätzlich Toilette sowie unten auch noch mal eine Dusche. Küche: Spülmaschine und viel Platz im Kühlschrank vorhanden, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, alles da. Riesiger Esstisch mit viel Platz und Blick aufs Meer. Die Couch müsste tatsächlich einmal ihre letzte Reise antreten, aber wen interessiert das bei der tollen Aussicht… sehr freundlicher Empfang."

"Of our multiple trips to Normandy and other spots in France, the Mercure stands out as the very best experience we have had. The main reason? The SUPERB team taking care of guest relations. We had a number of special requests (holding luggage on both ends of the trip, borrowing extra towels, using plates/wine glasses, etc.) and they handled every single one gracefully. Beyond that, they were unfailingly friendly and kind. To be blunt, we are not accustomed to this kind of service in France — what we received was more in line with a 5-star American hotel. In our experience, this only happens when there is both excellent recruiting, a great training approach, and good treatment of staff members. Congrats on this great result — in short, what a team! We will be back — both to Granville and to the Mercure. In fact, during the years ahead, we hope both will become regular places to spend time several times per year. That is a reflection of how special the team made our visit, and we are extremely grateful for the care. À bientôt !"
