Newly renovated, this charming and quaint cottage is nestled on historic Belleville Avenue in the heart of Brewton, Alabama. It is within one mile of parks, shopping, and restaurants. Amenities include kitchenette with small refrigerator and microwave, hardwood floors, wifi, coffee, and breakfast items. There is a shared patio area located between the main house and the cottage for relaxing after a long day. I am approximately 50 miles to Pensacola, Florida.

Great place and location
This little guest house was perfect for my visit home for my high school reunion. It was absolutely the perfect location. The property manager was extremely responsive with any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway Spot!
My husband and I so enjoyed this cozy cottage! We were in town for a wedding that my husband was a part of and it was the perfect spot for us. The cottage was very clean, in a safe neighborhood, close to everything in Brewton, and the host left snacks for us which was so thoughtful! This cottage exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to return for another visit!

The cottage is very beautiful. We enjoyed kicking back and relaxing and being able to have a game night as well. The kitchenette was stocked with snacks and waters and it was all around a good stay.

Cottage Retreat
My husband and I stayed at this lovely cottage for two nights. It was decorated so cozy and had everything you woukd need. The small fridge was stocked full of waters and a basket of snacks was provided. The coffee bar had everything I needed, including filters and coffee. Note that there is no stove or oven, but this was okay because we were going out to eat. I loved the stoneware in the cupboard. The living room was cozy with a comfortable couch and recliner. The towels were thick and plush. Lotion, shampoo, and soap was provided. So nice! The only suggestion I have is to replace the mattress, as it is starting to sag a little in the middle. Very comfy bed, and I loved the yellow quilt! We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the reasonable price. We were able to hit the beach as it's just about an hour away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Delightful cottage in beautiful neighborhood
This cottage is in a beautiful neighborhood. We visited in spring and enjoyed walking each morning through the beautiful and historic neighborhood. Brewton is a beautiful little town plus you are not that far from driving down to Pensacola and the beach. The cottage only has a microwave but we enjoyed eating out mostly during our stay. Also, the cottage is adjacent to the main home across the driveway; however, during our stay the owners were not home, so the shared patio was very private and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Brewton was a very pleasant surprise for us. I am a member of the YMCA at home and use it for workouts. The YMCA facility in Brewton is magnificent. Amazing for a small town. The owner, while not present, answered any questions we had and was very helpful. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your delightful cottage.
