"We like the place a lot. Hated the stairs though. Location on the 3rd floor but we knew that going in so it is what it is. View was great. Location was very good. "The location of property is excellent, right next to a ski lift and forest, excellent for afternoon snow play. Property is small but well organized, kitchen is well stocked. Nice new appliances, lot of blankets and towels. Board games and a very cozy atmosphere. Our kids love the Big "Yeller" stuff dog and other decorations. Bunkbeds with king & single and even pullout single bed was good idea for a small space but not very sturdy. Slight movement on the upper bed shook the lower king bed....

"positives: host was very responsive, location close to ski resort, studio is small but recently renovated. negatives: our beds were not made upon arrival and we didn't have enough sheets to make the beds ourselves and the sheets never came because of an argument with the cleaning staff. The queen air mattress also leaked slowly throughout the night. I think both those things can be fixed easily and then this place would be 5 stars."

"It was hard to find but once we got there and in the room it went great. The heater wouldn’t turn off so the owner came right over and let us know what we can do to turn it off until he can fix it. He was great to work with."

"It dumped the day we arrived (17 in) and our front wheel drive vehicle didn’t make it up the drive to the condo (the chains on one of our tires broke so perhaps we would have made it up otherwise?) That being said, the condo was a great size for our group of nine and once we found the path, an easy walk right out to the middle of a beginner run that allowed access to all of Navajo. "Excellent proximity to ski resort! Property was well maintained and very clean. Would stay there again! They gave directions to the location of the property, but forgot to give the number of the house, but we called the property manager and someone was there to respond. We didn't know how to control the temperature in the house. Temperature indicated 65 on thermostat. and was comfortable on the 1st floor, but got hot and stuffy on the 2nd floor. The guest bedroom was also missing a window...

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo, perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The kids' room had a fun bunk/loft bed set up that my children loved. The newly renovated kitchen and new furniture throughout made for a pleasant stay. Only a couple of drawbacks. One, the tile floors were so cold, so be sure to pack your cozy socks! And the lack of a regular coffee pot. The Keurig was messy and painful to brew one cup at a time. Otherwise, a great stay!!"

"We had a great vacation and love our time spent in Brian Head. The cabin is nice. It is not very well stocked with any extra amenities. If traveling there, make sure to take extra towels, washcloths, and all kitchen needs such as tin foil, spices, garbage bags, baggies and cooking items you may need. It is drafty and could be cold because of the high ceilings. You will want blankets and slippers to wear throughout the house. The cleanliness of the cabin, was okay.
