  • Come enjoy your stay at Brian Head in this beautiful, newly renovated ski-in/ski-out condo! You`ll have access to the HOT TUB, SAUNA, GAME ROOM and other community amenities along with complimentary underground parking and free firewood. Just steps away from the Giant Steps lift, you`ll enjoy quick access to the slopes! Relax after a long day on the mountain around the wood-burning fireplace watching your favorite movie or show on the HDTV. Book your trip to Brian Head today!

    4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
    - No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
    - No pets allowed
    - No food is allowed in the living room.
    - No events, parties, or large gatherings
    - Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
    -Please do not move or rearrange any furniture.
    -Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
    -Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.

    - NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
