We really liked the property. It was much better than the hotel that we stayed in this town last time we visited the town. It was quiet but not far away form the city center, roomy enough for a small family and every detail was thought out for our needs. I recommend it without any hesitation.

Appartement fait avec goût et très fonctionnel pour une famille de 4. L'accueil est très agréable. Le logement est au calme et proche de la ville en même temps.

Aufenthalt mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Gute Lage, großer Garten, schönes Wohnzimmer, moderene Ausstattung, in der man sich wohlfühlt. Leider war die Internetqualität schlecht. Auch sind aufgrund der räumlichen Aufteilung im Souterrain Einschränkungen wie zum Beispiel Lüftungsmöglichkeiten. Handtücher wurden erst auf Nachfrage gegeben, die Waschmaschine war leider nicht im besten Zustand. Wir denken, dass durch Abstellen dieser kleinen Einschränkungen (was nicht sehr schwer ist) die Unterkunft sehr gut wäre.

Ce logement est idéal pour un couple, dans un environnement calme proche de la Guisane (rivière) avec vue sur les montagnes. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la région à pied à vélo ou en voiture. L’accueil très sympathique. Je le recommande sans aucune réserve.

Gite très agréable dans un environnement calme et boisé à 900m du centre de Briançon !

Excellent point de chute pour la proximité des commerces. Jamais plus de 30 minutes en voiture pour aller randonner en altitude (col de Granon, Vallée de la clarée, ....) Gite très bien aménagé et bien équipé.

Très bel appartement avec jardin briancon

L appartement de la propriétaire est situé au rdc du chalet des parents qui y habitent mais avec le plus grand respect de la tranquillité des locataires. L appartement bénéficie d un coin jardin privatif avec son accès indépendant et son mobilier de jardin ainsi que d un petit abri sécurisé pour ranger votre vélo en sécurité 👍 L appartement est tout neuf, tres propre, et extrêmement bien équipé (les photos parlent d elles même). Le quartier est très calme, loin des rues passantes tout en étant à 2 km environ des commerces et resto de la ville haute et basse. Nous y retournerons c est très probable et mr le maire, pour la fibre, c est le moment maintenant 😜

Appartement très agréable et calme

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires qui ont aussi eu la gentillesse de nous préparer quelques boissons dans le frigo. L’appartement étant tout neuf, moderne et très propre, nous nous y sommes trouvés très bien durant notre semaine de vacances. A quelques minutes du centre de briancon, nous avons apprécié être au calme et avec de l’espace. En résumé, tout était pensé par les propriétaires pour nous accueillir du mieux possible… jusqu’à notre place de parking réservée!
