Beautiful 4-room apartment, located on the 1st floor of a new residence in the heart of the city! With its approximately 78m², it accommodates up to 8 people and benefits from 2 terraces, one facing North-West, the other South-East. It consists of an entrance serving the shower room with WC, the bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with double bed 140x200 with a TV in each, and the 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 4 single beds 90x200 giving access to one of the balconies. The kitchen is functional and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, a bright living room with TV giving access to the South-West facing terrace. Private parking space + cellar available. Our animal friends are not allowed Cleaning not included.

très bien mais ustensiles de cuisines très incomplets..
Très bonne location par contre l' équipement de la cuisine est très succinct( pas de bouilloire électrique, pas de plat a tarte, 2 petites poeles, pas de cocottes, pas de sauteuse, pas de caaseroles si ce n'est 2 faitouts) .Difficultés à cuisiner pour 4 personnes ...Inimaginable pour 6.
Il n'y a pas de radio!!!... et en 2022, il est surprenant de ne pas disposer de wifi dans un tel appartement..
Avec qq aménagements supplementaires ce sera parfait
L'appartement très agréable avec un balcon quand peu se détendre en plus l'appartement et très bien placé on peut tout faire à pied et nous avons eu un belle accueil de l'agence merci
