There's even a large backyard with a custom-built 10 ft long outdoor dining table - perfect for entertaining friends and family or just relaxing in the sun! Enough dock space for a large boat and a floating dock for jetski or kayak. Boat ramp and private bay beach access included. The living area features a cozy sectional couch and has a relaxed coastal vibe throughout with wood floors to complete the look.
