"The room is satisfactory in terms of cleaning. was but carpet is smelly. Staff are very friendly. Also, I stayed at this hotel many times before. I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are totally empty - nobody seems to be refilling the bottles. This has happened on three occasions now. I’ve had to shower with no soap which was terrible. "
