We were are bit disappointed as we knew there had been renovations done to the premises. We thought the accommodation was part of it. "

My wife had ID with Medicare card, drivers license with address, and my mobile number as proof of identity. Even after I had uploaded the booking reference number with my wife named as a guest, the smart-arse on the desk said he "couldn't read it. Will never stay there again and will advise my many dozens of fellow travellers we regularly share trips with, not to consider this venue. We have travelled around the world many times and locally dozens of times, and have never struck such a moronic group of desk staff (who by the way could barely speak or be understood in our native language).
