Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale
The room was dusty and dirty especially the bathroom, Please be aware of noise at night! There is a nightclub across the street and you won’t be able to sleep at all. The staff are okay. Do not recommend to stay here. Please go to another Hotel.

I've been coming to this location for a number of years. The breakfast is so so ( not that tasty). The staff was fine. Liked the floor covering change from carpet in the rooms, but the bathroom needs updating. The parking lot seems fine.

The renovation seems to be taking forever. Charging a "parking fee" and then offering to waive it in exchange for a Google review is poor form. Don't nickel-and-dime your customers. It probably won't deter me from staying again if the room rates stay reasonable, but it doesn't make me feel good about ...
