"We pulled up to the neighborhood in the early evening and oh my it was not a safe place. We stayed the first night with few options to leave so late. The kitchen sink hot water was not hot and the dishes were not clean in the cabinets. We witnessed illicit activity on the street outside. Also there was people screaming and shining lights in windows all night. We obviously did not feel safe to stay and left terrified in the morning. Not a place to stay with children or if you value your vehicle...

"I loved my stay at this house, it was as explained in the app. Host was so welcoming and receptive of feedback. He would respond immediately if a situation arose but we didn’t have any. House has all the basics you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. I would call it an emergency start up house kit. Loved the my stay and whole experience."

Water views were great from so much of the house and owners had thought of every possible touch to make people feel at home. "Great place for us. Appreciate the bottled water dispenser and extra water bottle. Only thing I could say that was negative was the master bed mattress was way too soft and gave my wife and I some neck soreness. All in all we really enjoyed our stay."

"I hosted four teenage boys for a lacrosse tournament in Frederica. Fields were 10 minutes away. It was great staying in a home vs a hotel. Comfy beds. Responsive host. Accommodated our needs for adjusted check out. Big comfy couch and porches as re relaxing set up. Restaurant and food truck were amazing and had live music both nights in parking lot in front. Charming, sleepy little town. Don't plan on swimming at this beach and bring bug spray in summer. We will be back! Zero complaints"
