Make yourself at home in this marvelous 3-bedroom Villa retreat 700 feet from Carlisle Bay and one of the finest beaches in Barbados. This property boasts 3 queen bedrooms all the same size so that no one gets the "bad room" they have walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with showers/bath tub and essential amenities like Wi-Fi, Smart tv, hair dryer, linens, towels, safe, ceiling fan and AC. The gourmet Kitchen has all of the latest appliances, a six burner Miele convection oven and range, large refrigerator with two ice makers, air fryer, microwave, blender, electric tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker and dishwasher. The adjacent living room with a 55" TV and comfortable seating area that opens up to a covered porch that has a large dining and lounge area over looking the pool and gardens, there is also your own private pickleball court. Outside on the pool deck there are pool loungers and a barbeque grill with a seating area. The serene atmosphere of this property will provide a tremendous escape for guests looking to unwind, relax and depending on the season you will be able to pick your own bananas, plantains, Bajan Cherries, mangos or breadfruit. The property is all walled in with an electronic gate to provide the utmost in privacy and security. The property was designed to meet LEED standards and the appliances are all Energy Star rated because we care about the environment we all live in. You will appreciate how close we are to the beach it is just a couple of minutes walk and the sunsets are perfect! Book now and enjoy everything this villa has to offer.
Convenience note: Before arriving to the airport we recommend for groups of 6 to contact Chekenkel Transport, Leslie Lynch 246-262-9219, chekenkel@gmail.com, They have a large new van that can get you and your luggage to our property. For smaller groups please contact Sandra B Taxi, you can reach Sandy at 246-288-5733. We also recommend that you ask them to stop at the Supermarket on your way in, it makes things so much easier to get all of your supplies for your stay and not have to waste time going on a vacation day! Both are very dependable and fair with their pricing.

From the moment we walked into the property, we knew we had chosen the right one.The owner had covered every single detailThe property was sparkling clean, the kitchen was so well equipped . We ate dinner in a few times . There was nothing we didn’t have. Fantastic cooker/oven. Outside bbq. Plenty of pots/pans cutlery etc. coffee machine etc. huge fridge freezerAll 3 bedrooms were a great size all with en-suite and walk in wardrobes. Great big showers and bathroom areas with an additional seperate toilet / utility with 2 big washing machines which I used so we only took clean clothes home. Fantastic open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area that extended out to a huge beautiful patio with dining and comfy seating area tooBeautiful clean pool and amazing pickle ball court which we had lots of fun usingThe lovely Chris who met us to check in was waiting for us to show us around and answer question/ be on hand if we needed any advice . The owner was fantastic communicating everything to us. I asked advice on a few things pre holiday and he replied promptly each time . He gave clear instructions on everything about the property pre holiday too so that getting in/ out of doors/gates was smooth. There are NO negatives about this villa It’s situated in a great spot right near beaches one which you can watch the horses bathe in if you get up early enough to see. Its a treat!!!I would so stay here again. There were 6 of us and we were all sad to leave so thank you
