Perfectly situated between Woodstock and Killington, enjoy incredible hiking views, epic skiing, beautiful golf courses, boutique shopping, leaf peeping, delicious dining and more.

A perfect spot to call home during your trip for families, couples or small groups looking to explore all that Vermont has to offer!

🏡 The Space

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was designed to be a relaxing and convenient place to come home to after being out all day exploring Vermont. With two bedrooms (+ queen pullout couch) and two bathrooms, a living room with smart TV and comfortable seating, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room, there`s plenty of space for your group of family and friends to relax.

Main Floor:

-Fully stocked kitchen -- oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster, drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee), tea kettle, cookware, serve ware and dinnerware etc.
-Living room – 50 inch TV and two comfortable couches (one is a queen pull out)
-Dining Room – table with seating for 6
-Full Bathroom – Shower and tub
-Laundry closet – Washer, dryer & complimentary laundry supplies

Second Floor:

-King bedroom (facing street)
-King bedroom (facing backyard)
-Full Bathroom – Shower and tub

🌿 Outdoor Space

- Shared backyard with the adjoining unit
- Adirondack chairs (6) and Solo Stove fire pit
- Propane grill
- PARKING: Shared driveway with parking for 2 vehicles

Guests have access to the entire space with the exception of one locked storage closet and the garage. As our home is a duplex, you share a wall with the other unit, so you can potentially expect to see or hear people during your stay. Feel free to say hi in passing!

- 10 minutes to downtown Woodstock
- 12–15 minutes to Killington Resort (even closer to Skyeship Gondola)
- 1 mile to Long Trail Brewery
- VAST snowmobile trail access just across the river
- Community center/fire station nearby for snowmobile unloading
- A personal vehicle is recommended, as public transportation is limited in this rural area.

🐾 Pet-Friendly

- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (2 max) with a $125 per-dog fee.
Please note:
- This does not cover any damage or yard clean up
- No cats (due to allergies)
- Shared backyard and main road location
- Walking trails and parks are a short drive away
*Dogs must be disclosed at booking and prior to arrival.

ℹ️ Additional Notes
- Linens, bath/hand/wash towels and start up toiletries are provided.
- This is a duplex, and the backyard and driveway are shared with the neighboring unit
- Some road noise is possible; sound machines are provided in both bedrooms
- While we try to minimize disturbances, We regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
- No smoking inside or near open doors ($250 fee for violations)

Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

We are always available, but never overbearing.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.

Great place and location- spotless and roomy

Stayed with my trainer for show at GMHA. Place is lovely and clean, rooms are large, great Wi-Fi so I could do work in evenings. I don’t sleep well away from my own bed normally but the beds are really comfortable and linens and towels soft. I slept great- to my surprise. Also lots of nice places to eat nearby and close to showgrounds. Manager incredibly fast at communicating. Hope it’s available next year- we will be back!
