Hosted by HelmsBnB, our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home was designed to be a relaxing and convenient place to come home to after a day out exploring Vermont. With two bedrooms (+ queen pullout couch) and one bathroom, a living room with smart TV and comfortable seating, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining area, there`s plenty of space for your group of family and friends to relax.
Main Floor: -Fully stocked kitchen -- oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster, drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee), tea kettle, cookware, serveware and dinnerware etc. -Living room – 50 inch smart TV, comfy sectional (+queen pullout) with additional seating area by the bay windows -Dining area – table seating for 6
Second Floor: -King bedroom -Queen bedroom -Full Bathroom – Shower and tub -Laundry closet with washer/dryer & complimentary laundry supplies

Guests have access to the entire space with the exception of one locked storage closet and the garage.

- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (2 max) with a $125 per-dog fee. Please note: - This does not cover any damage or yard clean up - No cats (due to allergies) - Shared backyard and main road location - Walking trails and parks are a short drive away *Dogs must be disclosed at booking and prior to arrival.
ℹ️ Additional Notes - Linens, bath/hand/wash towels and start up toiletries are provided. - This is a duplex, and the backyard and driveway are shared with the neighboring unit - Some road noise is possible; sound machines are provided in both bedrooms - While we try to minimize disturbances, We regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays. - No smoking inside or near open doors ($250 fee for violations)
Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
