Outside, a cleared path leads through the trees leading directly to the waterfront and private dock. Cement steps provide easy access into deep water, making it an excellent spot for swimming. Guests are welcome to bring a boat up to 16’ to keep at the dock, or take advantage of the provided paddleboard to explore Long Lake at a leisurely pace. Ideally located, this home offers a quiet lakeside retreat while still being just a short drive to the shops, dining, and attractions of Bridgton and Harrison—making it a perfect family-friendly escape.
